HOPETECH’s Digital Stone Generating (DSG) System simulates the natural formation process of stone, enabling ceramic manufacturers to produce digital green bodies with authentic full-body stone effects. Adopting digital powder distribution and digital dry granule technology, the system stacks powder materials layer by layer to recreate crystalline structures of natural rocks. It can be integrated with inkjet printers and digital dry granule printers to achieve precise color matching and pattern detailing, supporting production of digital green bodies up to 2100mm in width for large-format stone-look slab manufacturing.
The digital powder printer distributes powder from surface to core, making full-body effects fully controllable. The system mimics the natural stone formation principle and forms digital green bodies via layered powder stacking, delivering genuine through-body stone texture which traditional surface printing cannot achieve.
It adopts continuous roller pressing forming technology with on-demand length cutting to realize stable continuous production of digital green bodies. The blank size can be flexibly adjusted to match various finished tile specifications and simplify production scheduling for diversified orders.
The system can work in conjunction with inkjet printers and digital dry granule printers. Combined equipment achieves precise color and pattern alignment, greatly enriching pattern details. Digital dry granule technology can deploy multiple granule types simultaneously to reproduce the crystalline structure inside natural rocks.

Ideal for manufacturing full-body stone-look ceramic slabs. Layered powder stacking creates texture running through the whole blank, suitable for countertops, wall and floor cladding, and meets deep processing requirements such as cutting and chamfering.
For high-end decorative tile production. It reproduces the appearance of natural stone such as marble and quartz with rock crystal details, for decoration of luxury residential and commercial spaces.
For forming large-size ceramic blanks. The 2100mm maximum width keeps up with the large-slab trend, supporting on-demand length cutting for flexible production of slabs in different dimensions.
Integrated with automatic printhead cleaning and multi-axis waste ink recovery systems, it supports large-scale, continuous tile production in ceramic factories, boosting efficiency while reducing consumable waste.
