HOPETECH
With 28 years of experience in industrial digital printing, HOPETECH has designed the TQ series ceramic inkjet printers to meet diversified production demands for modern ceramic tile manufacturers. This compact printer series adopts Dimatix SG1024 and SG600MC2C printheads, supporting up to 8 or 12 color channels. It features whole lifting printhead plate structure to guarantee stable printing precision, equipped with integrated automatic cleaning, printhead sealing protection and waste ink disposal functions. The Dimatix SG1024 printheads are fitted with circulation liquid cooling system for long-hour stable online operation, together with automatic ink recycling system for economical and eco-friendly tile production.
The TQ series supports color channels ranging from 2 colors up to 12 colors with a compact and smart mechanical structure. Multiple models are available to match different production scales, suitable for simple single-tone printing as well as rich multi-gradient pattern printing. It helps factories flexibly respond to small-batch orders and mass tile production.
The printhead plate adopts integral lifting and descending design. It keeps consistent printing distance between printheads and tile surface during production, effectively avoiding deviation and guaranteeing stable, uniform printing accuracy for all batches of ceramic tiles.
This machine integrates automatic printhead cleaning, air suction trough cleaning, printhead sealing protection and waste ink disposal in one module. It can automatically complete nozzle maintenance without frequent manual intervention, reduce nozzle clogging risk and extend printhead service life.
Dimatix SG1024 printheads are equipped with re-circulation water cooling system, which controls printhead temperature steadily to support non-stop long-running production. Meanwhile, the automatic ink recycling system collects waste ink for reuse, cutting ink consumption and lowering production cost while realizing environmental-friendly manufacturing.
The TQ series includes multiple models: TQZ, TQZ+, TQZ-PLUS, TQX, TQD, TQD-PLUS, TQZ-MAX, TQD-MAX. Its color printing system covers 2–12 colors, with max printing working width from 580mm to 1230mm. Installed power options are 13kW,18kW and 23kW. Overall length ranges from 4375mm to 6700mm, width 1665~2355mm, fixed height 2125mm.
