G3-PRO
HOPETECH
The G3-PRO supports multiple premium printhead options including Kyocera KX12 (5PL droplets) and Epson I3200/I3200, enabling both single-color and dual-color printing. The 5PL ink droplets deliver fine detail and smooth gradients, making it suitable for vibrant graphics and photo-grade prints.
This printer features multi-mode capability with 1-Pass to 4-Pass options, offering a balance between speed and image quality. Standard output ranges from 4 m²/h (4-Pass) to 36.8 m²/h (1-Pass), with High-Definition mode still achieving competitive throughput.
The G3-PRO accommodates a variety of substrates such as transfer paper, inkjet photo paper, PP adhesive backing, and wallpaper. Its universal media compatibility makes the system adaptable across production workflows including décor printing, advertising media, and customized graphic materials.
With support for both High-Definition Mode and High-Speed Mode, operators can switch between superior image quality and bulk output based on job requirements. Dual-color printing also enhances color depth and visual expression.
Built with a three-phase 380VAC power system (3–8 kW) and standardized machine dimensions (2750×6000×2200 mm), the G3-PRO delivers long-term continuous performance and durability for high-volume environments.

Supports sublimation printing on wood grain paper and transfer paper, enabling bulk production of wood-effect decorative panels, furniture veneers, and similar materials. Taking the G1-116 model as an example, its high-speed mode can print 783 square meters per hour, supporting large-scale building material factories in fulfilling bulk orders.
Prints patterns on wallpaper and film substrates for interior soft furnishings like wallcoverings and advertising lightbox films. The 1900mm wide format minimizes splicing, while the 1000mm large roll diameter enables continuous production of long-run soft furnishing materials.
High-definition mode enables printing intricate textures on specialty papers and decorative films, creating premium customized materials (e.g., artistic wallpaper, personalized wood-grain panels). This balances efficiency for both small-batch customization and medium-volume production.
Secure roll media (e.g., transfer paper/wood grain paper) onto the unwind roll, ensuring the roll diameter does not exceed 1000mm. Select the appropriate ink (sublimation/water-based pigment) based on media type and inspect printhead status.
Select "High Definition Mode" or "High Speed Mode" on the operation interface:
Select High-Definition Mode for intricate patterns; choose High-Speed Mode for bulk production.
Enter print width (≤1900mm) and confirm media tension parameters (adjust according to roll diameter).
After importing the design file, click "Preview" to confirm color and positioning. Once verified, start continuous printing. The device supports continuous operation with large roll diameters, allowing real-time monitoring of printhead and ink levels during the process.
Upon completion, cut the media and organize the finished product. Execute the automatic printhead cleaning program, power down the device, and complete routine maintenance.
