The G3-PRO is equipped with high-performance Kyocera EX600RC printheads, available in 12-head (3×4) and 16-head (4×4) configurations. Supporting 4-color printing, this industrial printhead setup delivers crisp details, rich color depth, and smooth visual gradients across high-speed runs.
Engineered for mass production, the G3-PRO offers both High Definition Mode and High Speed Mode. Output speeds reach 313–1253 m²/h in HD Mode and up to 446–1783 m²/h in High Speed Mode (1-Pass to 4-Pass options), satisfying tight continuous manufacturing schedules.
The G3-PRO accommodates a wide array of media, including transfer paper, decoration paper, film, and wallpaper. Its versatile ink system supports Sublimation, Aqueous Pigment, and Reactive inks, enabling seamless integration into home décor, soft signage, and industrial decorative material production.
Built for non-stop industrial operation, the machine utilizes a 3-Phase 380VAC (8+24kW) power supply system. With heavy-duty dimensions of 2750×6000×2200mm, a total weight of 6000kg, and support for max roll diameters of 1150mm, the G3-PRO ensures rock-solid stability during long continuous production cycles.

Prints continuous patterns on wallpaper and film substrates for wall coverings and lightbox displays. The ultra-wide 3250mm format minimizes media splicing, while the 1150mm max roll diameter capacity enables non-stop long-run production.
High-definition mode enables printing intricate textures on specialty papers and decorative films, creating premium customized materials (e.g., artistic wallpaper, personalized wood-grain panels). This balances efficiency for both small-batch customization and medium-volume production.
Secure roll media onto the unwind shaft, ensuring the roll diameter does not exceed 1150mm. Select the compatible ink type (Sublimation, AQ Pigment, or Reactive) based on job requirements and check printhead readiness.
Select High Definition Mode or High Speed Mode on the control panel. Confirm max print width (≤3250mm) and calibrate tension parameters based on substrate weight.
After importing the design file, click "Preview" to confirm color and positioning. Once verified, start continuous printing. The device supports continuous operation with large roll diameters, allowing real-time monitoring of printhead and ink levels during the process.
Upon completion, cut the media and organize the finished product. Execute the automatic printhead cleaning program, power down the device, and complete routine maintenance.
