HOPETECH
With 28 years of experience in industrial digital printing, HOPETECH has designed the TB series ceramic inkjet printers to fit small-to-medium ceramic manufacturers and flexible production lines. This lightweight, compact machine adopts Dimatix SG1024 printheads, supporting 4–12 color channels. Built with a solid one-piece integrated structure, it delivers stable printing precision while reserving generous space for routine maintenance. It comes with a well-engineered all-in-one cleaning unit for printheads and suction troughs, printhead sealing protection and waste ink disposal. Fast cleaning cycles extend printhead service life, paired with automatic waste ink recycling for cost-effective and eco-friendly tile decoration.
The TB series features a smart, lightweight mechanical structure with up to 6-color bars for the single TBX unit. Its small footprint makes it easy to install on compact production workshops, ideal for factories with limited floor space. Users can select standalone TBX or twin TBX+TBX configuration to scale color channels from 4–6 up to 6–12 colors.
Adopting integrated monolithic construction, the machine chassis maintains high rigidity and stability to guarantee consistent printing accuracy. Ample internal space is reserved for operators to access printheads and core parts, simplifying inspection, replacement and regular maintenance work.
It integrates automatic cleaning for printheads and suction troughs, printhead sealing protection and waste ink disposal into one functional module. With fast cleaning speed, it effectively prevents nozzle clogging and ink dry-up, greatly extending the service life of Dimatix SG1024 printheads and cutting consumable expenses.
Equipped with an automatic ink recycling system, waste ink is collected and reused properly. This design reduces ink consumption, lowers material cost, and minimizes ink waste to achieve sustainable, environmentally responsible ceramic production.
The TB series includes two models: TBX and TBX+TBX. TBX supports 4–6 color channels with 13kW installed power, dimension 3990×1664×2092mm and weight of 2.3 tons. TBX+TBX supports 6–12 color channels with 23kW installed power, dimension 7470×1664×2092mm and weight of 4.6 tons. The TBX+TBX twin configuration supports up to 12-color printing, capable of reproducing complex gradient textures, natural stone and wood grain patterns, to satisfy high-demand decorative tile orders with abundant color layers.
The compact lightweight TB unit is perfectly suited for boutique decorative tile production. With stable integrated structure and reliable cleaning system, it ensures fine, consistent patterns for stone-look and wood-look tiles.
Built with an all-in-one automatic cleaning, printhead sealing protection and waste ink disposal system, paired with automatic waste ink recycling. It enables stable, non-stop long-cycle tile production, reduces frequent manual cleaning work and cuts downtime for ceramic plants with moderate output.
