With rich experience in industrial digital printing equipment, HOPETECH developed the JC Series After-Printing Inspection Machine to match the quality control needs of digital printing production lines. This inspection machine is equipped with high-speed line-scan camera and shadowless light source, capable of identifying common printing defects including missing print, missing nozzle and the position of missing nozzle. It supports multiple models with different detection width ranges, suitable for online quality inspection of printed materials. The maximum inspection speed reaches 50m/min with 600DPI inspection precision, helping factories realize automatic online defect detection and improve finished product qualification rate.
The machine adopts high-speed line-scan camera matched with shadowless light source, which can capture printing surface details evenly without shadow interference. It guarantees stable and clear image acquisition during high-speed running, laying a solid foundation for accurate defect recognition.
It can automatically detect printing defects such as missing print and missing nozzle, and mark the position of defective nozzles. Operators can quickly locate abnormal areas and troubleshoot nozzle clogging or ink supply issues, greatly reducing defective products flowing into the next process.
The JC series covers detection width from 350mm up to 2300mm, including 5 models for different production requirements. From narrow-width material inspection to ultra-wide format inspection, it can be matched with different digital printers to satisfy diversified production layouts.
The maximum inspection speed can reach 50m/min, and the inspection precision is up to 600DPI. It can run synchronously with the printing line, realizing real-time online inspection without slowing down the production rhythm, suitable for continuous mass production.
The height of printing platform is adjustable between 1000mm and 1070mm, which makes it easy to dock with most mainstream digital printing machines on the market, convenient for production line integration and equipment installation.
